Every morning for about 6 months, I have been drinking a smoothie for breakfast.  One of my favorites is this one!  It is refreshing, delicious and full of everything you need to start your day off right!

Good Morning Green Smooooothie!

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of baby spinach

1 banana

1/3 cup blueberries

1/2 cup of frozen peaches

1 tbsp of golden flax seeds, ground

1/2 tsp of powdered wheat grass

1 scoop of Sun Warrior raw vegan protien powder, vanilla flavored

1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Add all the ingredients in a blender.  Mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.  Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy with someone special!  Now, prepare to be amazed!
